We prefer vector formats like AI, EPS, or PDF, with CMYK colour mode. For raster, use TIFF or PSD at 300 DPI. Include 3 mm bleed and convert fonts to outlines/paths.
Absolutely! We provide digital mockups and physical samples on request, so you can review your box design, size, and finish before committing to full production.

Materials & Printing
We offer a full range of materials, including Kraft, corrugated, cardboard, and rigid board, along with premium printing methods such as digital, offset, screen, and foil stamping. You can also add lamination, embossing, or UV finishes for an elevated look.
Definitely! You can choose custom interior colours, printed inserts, or compartments to protect and present your products beautifully, perfect for subscription boxes and luxury packaging.
We strive for Pantone colour matching and consistent ICC colour profiles, but slight variations may occur due to material and finish. That's one reason we provide sample proofs to align expectations.
Yes. If you don't have print-ready designs, our in-house team can help create or adapt artwork to your brand identity for an additional fee (or included in certain packages).
Shipping & Support
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If any boxes arrive damaged or with a manufacturing issue, simply contact us with photos within 5 working days, and we'll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Most boxes ship flat-packed to reduce shipping costs and help with storage. Assembly (glue, tabs, inserts) is easy and can be done on-site. If you require pre-assembled boxes, we can arrange that (extra cost / limited styles).
